Skip SIM card activation for iOS 5.0 - 5.1.1
You are able to skip the SIM card activation without the SIM card now. :)
1. Press home button
2. Press emergency call
3. Call 112
4. Press power button and then cancel it

6. Tap it and skip the SIM card activation
